Retreats

Retreat experiences provide the space to explore and experiment more deeply with centering, meditation, and self-care practices. I have 20 years of experience studying meditation and centering practices. I am available to facilitate daylong or half-day retreats.  We will collaborate to create a plan for your needs and wishes.  I will facilitate the experience; you will provide location and any amenities the group may need.
