I offer the Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) as part of deepening our work with the nervous system.
The Safe and Sound Protocol (SSP) is a listening therapy designed to help promote states of safety and trust in the nervous system. The music that is part of this listening therapy has been acoustically filtered to tone the Vagus Nerve, which is central to maintaining balance in our nervous system. The SSP can be a stand-alone treatment, or it can be integrated into our ongoing therapy. The SSP generally takes 3-8 weeks to complete, though slower can often be better, and we will work to find a pacing that suits your nervous system. Learn more about the SSP. |
